The mission of the Angel Fund is to create awareness,
within the special needs community, of available resources and to obtain donations that can provide funding for those in need. Our goal is to give each individual the opportunity to maximize their potential regardless of disability, race, color, creed, or financial ability.

My favorite quote from the 2009 ASF conference-- "An angelman smile is twice as powerful as the average smile." Chris Oliver, Ph.D. made this comment regarding some studies revealing that adult attention/interaction/smiling in response to an Angelman smile lasted approximately 50 seconds as compared to approximately 20 seconds for the typical smile.
